Pressure sensor TESO-P

For very small, small and medium production series, special measurement tasks and for certain installation conditions, we develop specially designed pressure sensors. Our experienced engineers use proven and robust pressure measurement cells and integrate them into housings specially designed for the requirements. In this case, the design is developed together with the customer. The basis for the design of the sensor system is a consistent “design-to-cost” methodology and transparent process steps.
Pressure sensors up to 300°C are suitable for difficult measurement tasks, especially in the exhaust area. In this product group too, we have special know-how which offers our customers significant advantages compared to conventional solutions. In particular, the very good robustness and repeatable measurement accuracy is highly appreciated by our customers.
Our solutions are based on a pressure measurement cell which can be adapted to the different measurement tasks, and with a thermal resistance of up to 300°C is particularly suited to a wide range of applications in the exhaust system. The excellent dynamic performance of the pressure cell allows refresh rates of the pressure signal of more than 6 kHz, which also gives the sensor potential for acoustic tasks.
Using a modular design, the measurement of differential pressures and the simultaneous output of, for example, dynamic pressure is also no problem. Because we are able to work with a wide variety of interface types, the measurement values can be provided both analogue, and digitally in the form of PWM, SENT or CAN.
